Following a nerdy discussion with a colleague, we were disappointed to find that googling "Ingredients of grog" or ""Ingredients of grog Monkey Island" didn't come up with the required list. So hopefully the following will aid someone who finds themselves in a similar situation...
The Ingredients of Grog:-
Kerosene
Propylene Glycol
Artificial Sweeteners
Sulphuric Acid
Rum
Acetone
Red Dye No 2
Scumm
Axle Grease
Battery Acid
and/or pepperoni.

I didn't record the video, I just found it on YouTube, but you could probably use something like CamStudio to record video of things on computers. http://camstudio.org/

After playing Monkey Island on the iPhone, I wanted to get a real grog recipe. I can take a lot of drink but the Axle Grease doesn't sound great and my wife recently spilt all my Acetone after I fibreglassed the decking. Guess I'll have to look for one made with drinks available from an off licence...
Whaaaat?? Monkey Island is available on iPhone??? I have never seriously considered getting that overpriced piece of personal property, but now I may just have to reconsider...!
